2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old unless a specific programme expressly permits otherwise. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and documents, use your own identity, and promptly correct material errors. We may request reasonable verification.
3. Applications and recruitment
Submitting an application creates a request for assessment; it does not itself create employment, an employment contract, an interview or guaranteed selection. Outcomes depend on eligibility, role availability, assessment, performance, information supplied and recruitment decisions. We may request further information, place an application on hold, reject it or close it where reasonably necessary.
4. Application processing fee
Where a fee applies, its amount is shown after role selection and before final submission. The fee supports application administration, verification and processing; it is not the purchase price of a job. Payment may require manual verification and remains unconfirmed until matched to our records. Eligible refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the stated 100% refund when SHJobNivo rejects an eligible verified paid application.
5. Internships and learning pathways
Internship details, duration, fees, learning scope and requirements are those displayed for the selected track at enrolment. Participation does not guarantee a particular job, salary, qualification or outcome. Participants are responsible for attendance, conduct, assignments and compliance with programme instructions.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or overload systems; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent documents or payment evidence; harass staff or applicants; or use content unlawfully. We may restrict access or applications where misuse, fraud or a security risk is reasonably suspected.
7. Communications
You authorise us to send service communications concerning applications, verification, status, interviews, internships and support using the contact details supplied. Promotional messages will be handled according to applicable law and your choices. You are responsible for checking messages and keeping contact information current.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, SHJobNivo owns or licenses the website design, branding, text, software and materials. You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes but may not reproduce, sell, republish or exploit protected materials without written permission. You retain ownership of your CV and original submissions while granting us permission to process them for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may depend on or link to hosting, email, storage, analytics, social, payment and employer systems operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. SHJobNivo is not responsible for an external service’s independent content, availability or conduct to the extent permitted by law.
10. Availability and liability
We aim to keep information and systems accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHJobNivo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party systems, or decisions made by independent employers.
