3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction.
Anyone under 18 must use paid services or submit a career application only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Career applications
Applicants must:

5. Application processing fee
Where clearly displayed before checkout, a career application may require a PKR 300 processing fee.
This fee relates to receiving, recording, administering and reviewing the application process. It is not payment for employment and does not purchase an interview, job offer or preferential treatment.

6. Training internship programmes
SHJobNivo offers fee-based, three-month training programmes that may include:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are structured training programmes and not employment relationships.
The currently displayed fee for applicable programmes is PKR 50,000, subject to the final amount shown at checkout.

Participation does not guarantee employment, income, professional licensing or certification by an external organisation.

Training programmes
Refund eligibility may depend on whether programme access, teaching, learning resources or reserved capacity have already been provided.
Digital services
Deposits may be applied to discovery, planning, design, development and reserved working time. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed project terms and completed work.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.
11. Starting services during a cancellation period
Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply and you request that a service begin during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask for express confirmation.
If you cancel after work has started, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied, where permitted by law.
12. Intellectual property
SHJobNivo’s website, branding, software, layouts, text and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Users may not copy, scrape, resell, republish or exploit protected material without permission.
For digital-service projects, ownership and licensing terms are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of final custom deliverables transfers only after full payment.
