3. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction.

Anyone under 18 must use paid services or submit a career application only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Career applications

Applicants must:

• Provide accurate and current contact details
• Select reasonably suitable career categories
• Upload a truthful and current CV
• Avoid impersonation and misleading statements
• Keep their application reference secure
• Use the same email address when tracking an application

SHJobNivo may reject, suspend or remove an application that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, duplicated or submitted in violation of these Terms.

5. Application processing fee

Where clearly displayed before checkout, a career application may require a PKR 300 processing fee.

This fee relates to receiving, recording, administering and reviewing the application process. It is not payment for employment and does not purchase an interview, job offer or preferential treatment.

The total amount and any applicable taxes will be shown before payment.

6. Training internship programmes

SHJobNivo offers fee-based, three-month training programmes that may include:

• MERN Stack Development
• Laravel Development
• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Management
• Other programmes advertised on the website

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are structured training programmes and not employment relationships.

The currently displayed fee for applicable programmes is PKR 50,000, subject to the final amount shown at checkout.

Programme schedules, instructors, assignments and delivery methods may reasonably change. SHJobNivo will not materially reduce the overall service without an appropriate reason.

Participation does not guarantee employment, income, professional licensing or certification by an external organisation.

7. Digital business services

SHJobNivo may provide:

• Website development
• E-commerce development
• Brand development
• Social-media management
• Digital-marketing services
• Related consultation and support

The project scope, price, currency, milestones, revisions, customer responsibilities and estimated delivery date should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Unless agreed otherwise:

• Work begins after the required payment, content and access are received.
• Missing customer material may extend the delivery date.
• Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.
• Hosting, licences, advertising budgets and other third-party costs are separate unless included in writing.
• Final files or access may be withheld until outstanding amounts are paid, subject to applicable law.

8. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide lawful, accurate and properly licensed content.

You confirm that you have permission to provide any text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, business data and account access supplied to SHJobNivo.

You must not:

• Upload malicious files or code
• Attempt unauthorised access
• Submit false or fraudulent applications
• Interfere with website security
• Harass staff or users
• Misuse payment or tracking systems
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Use the website for unlawful activity

9. Payments

Payments may be processed through WooCommerce and third-party payment providers.

You agree to:

• Pay the amount displayed at checkout
• Use a payment method you are authorised to use
• Contact us promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges

A transaction is not complete until the payment provider confirms payment.

We may cancel or suspend a transaction affected by fraud, chargeback abuse, technical error or incorrect pricing.

10. Cancellations and refunds

Application-processing fees

An application-processing fee is generally non-refundable after processing has begun, except where:

• The applicant was charged more than once for the same submission
• Payment succeeded but no application record was created
• SHJobNivo cancels the service without providing it
• A refund is required by applicable law

Training programmes

Refund eligibility may depend on whether programme access, teaching, learning resources or reserved capacity have already been provided.

Digital services

Deposits may be applied to discovery, planning, design, development and reserved working time. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed project terms and completed work.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

11. Starting services during a cancellation period

Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply and you request that a service begin during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask for express confirmation.

If you cancel after work has started, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied, where permitted by law.

12. Intellectual property

SHJobNivo’s website, branding, software, layouts, text and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, scrape, resell, republish or exploit protected material without permission.

For digital-service projects, ownership and licensing terms are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of final custom deliverables transfers only after full payment.

Applicants retain ownership of their CV but grant SHJobNivo a limited licence to store and use it to process the application and meet legal obligations.

13. Third-party services

The website may use WooCommerce, payment gateways, hosting services, analytics tools, notification services and external websites.

Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Website information and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and services available. However:

Contracts with the UK entity will generally be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Contracts with the Pakistan entity will generally be governed by applicable Pakistani law, subject to mandatory rights.
